What's for dinner this week? If you are like most of my readers including me, you are probably hot, busy, in vacation mode, or to tired to think about what's for dinner. It's July. I'm just returning from a trip. I need some easy meals prep ideas so I thought you might too.

And the winter too! I keep a pack of naan bread in my freezer and sometimes even some premade meatballs so that I can throw these together. (Note to self: check freezer supplies.)

Yes, I do actually send myself my own newsletter! And I read it. While holding my breath and hoping not to spot any typos.
